Tug of war

alexAugust 12, 2022August 22, 2022

We learn very quickly in our business, as in any business, that customers want to pay the best price for the service. They want it delivered yesterday. They don’t understand the costs of building a website. But that’s normal since Google is free, so almost everything on the web should be free.

But you can see that to give the customer a fairer price you need to provide a quicker service.

Developers and designers on the other hand always want more time to finish the job. The planning always feels tight and what are they to do, deliver a mediocre product or service? That’s anti-brand. No, no… gotta go fast, but top quality and innovation consistently.

You got it. It’s the perennial tug-of-war between price, time, and quality. It’s what makes being a web agency entrepreneur exciting (haha wink wink)!

No, not the squid game tug-of-war, but sometimes feels like it.
