Several reasons based on my experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>It\u2019s intense at a web agency, moving from one project to another, it\u2019s difficult to fine-tune your skills on one particular project or feat. Sometimes we want to do one thing and do one thing well.<\/li><li>People want change anyway. Although projects can be quite different, it\u2019s always the same approach. Sometimes we want to do it differently, but agencies cannot afford to change methods for each project.<\/li><li>We often hire young recruits with little or no experience, whereas other businesses tend to wait and hire those with a minimum of 3 years experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That said, web agencies offer an environment that is conducive to innovation and can challenge the best designers and developers to create something unique and new. At our web agency we\u2019ve had several employees stay more than ten years. We cater to the need to be excited with each new projet. Can you innovate within the budget constraints? It&#8217;s a constant demand and it can be daunting to renew that energy every time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, even the best want to move on.
